Any industry or representative employee of a motor carrier that indirectly supports public truck driving schools shall be eligible for CARRIER PARTNERSHIP. Carrier Partners are limited to motor carriers and logistics entities interested in the welfare of publicly funded truck driving schools. Each Carrier Partner shall have one vote in general membership meetings. In accordance with the terms of these Bylaws (Effective July 1, 2026), Carrier Partners are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors (3 seats allocated).
