Any publicly funded training provider or representative employee of that training provider engaged directly in providing truck driver training may be eligible for FULL membership in this Association. Each Full Member of the Association shall have one vote and is eligible for a position on the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE IV – DUES AND FEES
Section 1. Dues for all membership categories in the Association shall be established from time to time by resolution of the Board of Directors adopted at any regular meeting of the Board of Directors. Unless agreed otherwise upon a majority vote of the Board of Directors, all Directors shall receive a copy of the resolution, not fewer than ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting at which the resolution may be approved.
Section 2. Annual dues shall be payable to the Treasurer for each membership year. Initial dues will be payable according to a prorated schedule at the time of acceptance of an application.
January, February, March = $375.00 (covers Jan 1-December 31)
April, May, June = $281.25
July, August, September = $187.50
October, November, December = $93.75
