Affiliate Membership Application

Administrators or staff at a publicly funded training provider interested in the transportation industry or administrators that contract with proprietary organizations to provide driver training may be eligible for an AFFILIATE membership in this Association. Affiliate members are non-voting and ineligible for the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE IV – DUES AND FEES

Section 1. Dues for all membership categories in the Association shall be established from time to time by resolution of the Board of Directors adopted at any regular meeting of the Board of Directors. Unless agreed otherwise upon a majority vote of the Board of Directors, all Directors shall receive a copy of the resolution, not fewer than ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting at which the resolution may be approved.

Section 2. Annual dues shall be payable to the Treasurer for each membership year. Initial dues will be payable according to a prorated schedule at the time of acceptance of an application.

Payment Schedule

January, February, March = $450.00 (covers Jan 1-December 31)

April, May, June = $337.50

July, August, September = $225.00

October, November, December = $112.50
